Nothing happens when clicking Create VoPay Account

How to resolve when you can't get past the VoPay Account setup in Sage Payroll

If clicking Create VoPay Account appears to do nothing, this is usually caused by a pop‑up blocker in your browser.

When you select Create VoPay Account, your browser attempts to open the VoPay application in a new tab so you can continue the setup process. If that new tab does not open, a pop‑up blocker is preventing it.

How to resolve the issue

  • Check your browser settings and disable any pop‑up blockers for this site.

  • After disabling the pop‑up blocker, click Create VoPay Account again.

  • If the issue persists, try using a different browser.

Once pop‑ups are allowed, the VoPay application should open correctly in a new tab.
